JEONBUK NATIONAL UNIVERSITY
Our department focuses on urban planning/design and transportation. Urban planning/design deals with methods and techniques for the establishment of an agreeable and convenient urban environment, based on understanding the physical environment's structure and the variable urban spatial structure. Transportation deals with fundamental principles pertaining to urban transportation engineering and methods of planning while operating to solve transportation problems. Curriculum is divided into five divisions: urban planning, urban development, urban design, urban transportation planning, and other related subjects. After graduation, the student may find a job in many fields such as central government, local government, and private consulting companies.
